Welcome to Traffilio ("Service", "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Traffilio.

By creating an account, accessing traffilio.com, downloading our Chrome Extension, or subscribing to our paid plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to register an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@traffilio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true and accurate information during signup and billing to ensure valid receipt delivery and licensing.

Traffilio provides free tiers and premium subscription plans (Pro Plan):

You agree not to use Traffilio for any unlawful or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Storing, distributing, or linking to malicious software, phishing schemes, or illegal material.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
• Overloading, flooding, or launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our servers.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the proprietary source code of Traffilio.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Traffilio accounts without prior written consent.

Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all bookmarks, links, folder trees, notes, and tags you create in Traffilio. We do not claim any copyright or ownership over your content.

Traffilio Property: All software, website designs, graphics, branding, logos, and user interfaces are the proprietary intellectual property of Traffilio, protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

Traffilio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and zero data loss, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Traffilio, its owner, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or engage in abusive behaviour, with or without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Traffilio after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
